Terms of Use

Educational and exploratory use

PeaK is provided for education and exploratory review of pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic models. It is not clinical advice, prescribing advice, therapeutic drug monitoring advice, or a substitute for clinical assessment, approved product information, current guidelines, measured drug concentrations, or consultation with an appropriately qualified health professional.

Outputs from PeaK are simulated model predictions. They depend on the selected model, its assumptions, parameter estimates, implementation, and user-entered values. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.

Rights and permitted use

All PeaK software, source code, interface design, layout, text, model implementations, documentation, and other protected materials are owned by the developer or used with permission, unless otherwise stated. All rights are reserved.

You may use the public PeaK website for personal educational, teaching, research, or exploratory review purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, scrape, systematically extract, redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from PeaK's source code, interface, layout, text, model implementations, documentation, or other protected materials except as permitted by law or with prior written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, the developer accepts no responsibility for loss, injury, damage, clinical decision-making, or other consequences arising from use of, or reliance on, PeaK or its outputs.
